Update the MCS AAP template to check and set email notifications on ILO's

Describe the issue Add another task to the MCS AAP Playbook that will also verify that the email alerting address and settings are correct.

How does this benefit the users of our platform? Makes sure all the ILO's are configured to send alerts to our team in case of problems.

• [ ] New task added and tested that verifies the email settings on the ILOs

Initial testing completed successfully. Will decide if this should be a stand alone template or add to the username and virtual NIC check.
