Update firmware on DELL servers to mitigate hardware failure and security risk

Describe the issue CHG0064176 - Due to some hardware issues, we've been advised by DELL to upgrade the firmware bios on our DELL servers to version 2.22.2 from 2.21.2 which has a known issue.
