Describe the issue Silver ES pods are in a yellow state due to mcs-silver-infra-02.dmz rebooting itself.

[x] Contact the SPOC to elevate the INC to a P2
[x] Post in #devops-alerts
[x] Update the Status Page
[ ] Open a MS Teams call. Invite SPOC and someone from Platform Services to the call
