Describe the issue this is to analysis the cost effectiveness of the chatbot

@lukegonis The following are data collected till Nov 21st.

Cost:

Total cost of the subscription account on Public Cloud Azure Forge landing zone from day of creation (July): $459.31 This includes the cost of all the testing and feature exploring that are not used by Rocky now, a closer estimation of cost should be around $400 for the past 5 months.

Performance:

98 actual questions asked, 80 got correct and relevant answers -> 81.6% correctness

Human effort saved:

Assuming each questions takes a platamin 10 mins to fix: $56.77491.09998*10/60 = $1019
