Make sure when dev-mode=true, always run builds by passing source as an archive to improve windows compatibility
Make sure bitbucket branch information is captured
Add a place holder hashArchive function in util.js which returns the hash of an archive as a promise. Note: This is not being used since no other function is configured to be sync, so instead, temporarily using the shasum command to get the shasum.

@poornima-sivanand thanks for the contribution! I'm doing a bit of work to refactor/lint/babelify the codebase. I was wondering if we could get your changes prior to that because my work will make your changes incompatible most likey !
