One of the proposed options would be for offering users an environment in one of the upgraded LAB clusters (not happened yet, still waiting on technical blockers to be removed, and of course, time for the actual due diligence of testing out the upgrade). Not sure if this is an option we want to offer or not, since we readily cannot provision everyone in LAB due to size. If this option is kept, then wording will need to be adjusted at the very least that this option will be available once a LAB cluster (or both) are upgraded to 4.9, which is "not yet".
