Node testing automation prior to introduction into the pool

We've experienced issues where new nodes came in misconfigured and Aporeto behaved poorly; as an ops member, I would like a process and toolkit that would allow for testing of these nodes prior introduction into the general population pool of workers

• add the nodes to the cluster in a "staging/testing" zone
• fire up a series of pods / processing units and network security policies
• load up almost 100+ pods per node and automatically test the network security policy functionality
• return a test result (+ or -)
• if (+), notify that the nodes have passed the Aporeto test and can be introduced into the cluster.
