NOTE: don't merge, the image update will need to be coupled with the CCM push!

changes:

operator upgrade
migrate original ansible playbook over to the new structure
doc rework

testing:

tested in klab
CR create/edit/delete all working good!

others:

found an issue with aqua workflow, github workflow fix included....
