Rocket Chat Status dashboard #89

It would be great to have a status dashboard for Rocket chat. Showing things like

CPU/MEM usage of pods
Mongo DB stats (DB size, reads/writes)
File system stats for RC upload dir
RC stats (number of messages, users, channels, etc.)

This should/will all flow into Sysdig. The app ops stuff is a given, and I have an idea around a prom database query exporter we may be able to try. Once sysdig is in prod, we can start to work on this.
