Update with new volatile names for final round #166

Can double check on the table from https://gitlab.com/scheducation/srcp2-final-public/-/wikis/1.-General/3.-Scoring-and-Objectives

I looked at ExcavatorScoopMsg.msg, ScoreMsg.msg & VolSensorMsg.msg and they don't contain the information anymore. Right now they are only in the rules and compiled in various libraries yes I peeked in srcp2-competitors/ros_workspace/install/lib/libExcavatorScoop.so & libVolatileSpawner.so & libSpoilSpawner.so & libVolatileScoring.so & libVolatileSensor.so
