Stereo cameras synchroniztion issues #185

Need to make sure we are able to handle this something to note is that gazebo starts the cameras when they are subscribed to. So need to make a node that subscribes to both as close as possible to eachother as possible and when scoring in finals the right side camera might have already been subscribed to so might have to play a timing game with the left and right.
