Should be able to run with my search the fine search is not needed so it currently returns success Added some code for the excavator & hauler but for now only works with the scout rover.

roslaunch ./launch/scoot.launch "name:=scout_1" "search:=searchRandomWalk"

When we find the location for the volatile sensor we should be done with Round 1 to qualify at this point.

Right now the manual mode(repl) is disabled, can discuss Friday how we want to handle using it.
