Add full-width figure option for narrative page #4

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some images—especially books—look bad at low resolution and are important enough to be the only point of focus in a section. The left and right figures are too small to accommodate this.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a full-width figure.
