Sometimes we need headings in exhibit texts, either to break up large pieces of text or provide context. They should be accessible.

A Markdown shortcode that adds a text heading. There only needs to be one level of heading.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Regular markdown headings (e.g. ## heading) might not fit in the heading hierarchy, which would cause accessibility issues (e.g. the page title is currently an <h2>, but it could become an <h3> which would make existing ### headings out of order.)
