More intelligent availability #2

Current availability information is based on the value in the PNX record, which is static and dumb. We can improve this.

Curious what plans you have for this. If live availability is only available from external services, it might be better handled through a separate package, but if there is a way to get info from X-service, it's a different take of course. I'm quite new to the Primo APIs. Just please make sure it's not a Alma-only solution :)
