Cura should prevent to cross perimeters taking both extruders/colors into consideration. Due to oozing the print quality suffer from crossing perimeters of the other extruder.

Best solution would be that perimeter will only be crossed one time (when coming from wipe tower). All travel moves should be done in the infill area.
