4m2 not fitting to gripper parts #28

Open DuckY1987 opened 5 years ago

I printed the gripper already and continued with the 4m2 part.

Unfortunately the 4m2 is bigger than the gripper hole distance.

The difference is: ~6mm the Distance between the inner screw holes of the 4m2 is 30mm, the distance between inner screw holes of the gripper is around 23.8mm

I downloaded the parts from thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1693444/files

Okay i verified it with the files from here:

Bottom Plate Screw Hole Distance: 24mm 4M2 Screw Hole Distance: 30mm

So basically the mounting points of the gripper assembly and the gear assembly doesn't fit to each other.

The Gripper is already assembled and works.

According to my measurements, the 4m2 part fits to 4m with a 2-3mm tolerance. 48.2mm is the 4m2 printed x2

The hole of 4m2 is rather tight of around 7.9mm might be a bit tight for a 8mm rod.
