When I configure EXTRUDERS 2, I get an error like this, I wonder why

(exit state 1 "DIO" and "-" are pasted, not a valid preprocessing token)

In Configuration.h define MOTHERBOARD 34

Once the board is defined, what I have to do to make it work?

You upload the firmware on your arduino and in pronterface you can change between the extruders by T0 and T1.
