Single extruder print with T1 fails sporadically when printing via USB #106

The issue has been observed with v1.2.1 and 1.2.2RC. Not sure if the issue was already existing before. When printing single extruder print from right extruder (T1) via USB it happend several times that the print failed because the active extruder was changed sporadically from T1 to T0 while printing.

I have checked the gcode generated with S4U but everything looks normal. There is no "T0" command in the gcode which could explain the situation. It happens sporadically (after minutes or hours) and not always on the same layer.

Same gcode printed from SD did not show any issue so far. I have two timelapse videos showing the issue. Unfortunately the video does not help to find out why the extruder get's sporadically changed from T1 to T0.

Issue caused by external app communicating with octoprint. No Sigma FW issue.
