Add elemental symbols as synonyms to facilitate searching

The majority of CHEBI terms already have this using the formula annotation property http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/chebi/formula. Another big motivation for reusing CHEBI.

These are already imported into the BCO-SM modules for example:

I think the simplest thing would just be to add that formula annotation property http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/chebi/formula to the search list on the UI (like you do for hasExactSynonym).

The confusion for our Elements module might be that in CHEBI the formulas are included on the atom terms, what we're renaming to be isotopes, for example:

but the elemental terms, which were using as the top or the hierarchy don't include the formulas, e.g. elemental vanadium CHEBI:35171, which we call vanadium.
