Suggest removing the following from Operational as they are not in line with the model. Can more richly describe using other component parts in the ontology.

During yesterdays call we removed the following three.

BSM:0400009
BSM:0400008
OBI:0001619

@jaclynsaunders you said you have a plan for what to replace these with, and that you can take a stab at implementing it. Just ping me if you need help.
