Collapsing param info by default or moving to after the data table will ensure the data table is always prominent and visisble. If there are a ton of params it will push down the main point here....seeing the data.

Adam had a good idea of also adding the param info onHover for the column names.

I think this is ok as it is now, doesn't take up too much room and can be collapsed.
