Right now the glyphicon are hidden by the screen reader, which is fine but there is not any supplement text that tells the screen reader what the glyphicon means. So text needs to be added, that is only for a screen reader that will give the same information
Such as a trash can glyphicon would have text with it that a screen reader would read as delete.

@sheggen I do not know anything about this issue, I am sure we fixed something about the glyphicon in CAS last semester. @OtienoAnne Is this problem solved since you were checking the accessible.
