Display the amount of interested minor students in the sidebar #1146

Admins want to be able to see the amount of students that have expressed interest in the CCE Minor without necessarily checking the Minor page every time. Lets add it to the sidebar (example shown below).

This column is for new issues in our backlog

Let Admin see the amount of unapproved courses they have in the sidebar
