Error occurs when updating Insurance Information #1199

When the user tries to update their Emergency Contact Information, it successfully saves their contact information. But when the user attempts to update their Insurance Information and continues with their Emergency Contact, it gives an IntegrityError.

This issue is not occurring anymore somehow. Closing this issue for now.
