We discarded the previous branch (cce-minor-completed-all-requirements) and its PR (#1234) due to pushing unrelated files to the issue (#1149). We now have only the files related to the issue (#1149).

We added a new column named 'Completed All Requirements' in 'CCE Minor Progress' table in cceMinor.html. This column indicates if a student completed all requirements.
