How to get there:

This is in the term management interface. To see this interface,To see the table, click on the “Administration” tab and then click “Manage Terms”.

To Do:

Change the wording in the tooltip next to the adjustment cutoff date to say “User will not be able to adjust forms after this date”.

This issue was resolved by PR #109
