How to get there:

This is in the pending forms interface. To see this page, click on the “Administration” tab, then click “Pending Forms”, and then click on the Pending Release Forms header.

In the Pending Release Forms tab an admin should be able see the reason for release, the requested release date and whether the employee’s work was satisfactory or unsatisfactory at the time of their release. This is all important information that an admin should see when making their decision.

This issue was resolved with pull request #117
