Create a Labor Status Form for a student, approve their LSF and then create a release form for that student and approve that form as well. Go to the student’s Labor History modal and click on the Rehire button which will take you to the Labor Status Form creation page. Try hiring that student for the same term you released them from.

When a supervisor hires and releases a student and then tries to rehire them in that same term, a modal appears saying “A primary position labor status form has already been submitted for “. However, since that student’s release form has been approved, the supervisor should be able to rehire that student for that term.
