Old Labor Positions show incorrect number of hours. #254

Some old positions in the Student View for Labor History do not show the right number of hours. For example, a position for Summer 2019 shows that I worked 8000 hours.

Important Notes:
The contract hours for different departments throughout the years are inconsistent.
The UI wording and description for “Contract Hours” need to be changed.
