This interface will be used to easily show each department the number of student labor allocations that they have .
Each department is allowed a certain number of 10-hr, 12-hr, and 15-hr positions, as well as a certain number of secondaries.
The purpose of this page would be to prevent departments from over-hiring.
Further information will need to be gathered on the type of interface this will be as there needs to be some clarity from the Labor Department on how the page will be used (whether to actually restrict departments or just inform them) and on the handling of students who don’t return/leave midterm.

Should be able to set dates for when departments can request extra allocations
Be able to see all departments and their allocated hours and positions
Be able to flag departments that are over their allocations

Should be able to see a report of their allocations in the My Departments tab
