Finish HTML to satisfy Minimum Viable Product

I have created text input for city, created submit button, and created table and div to hold map image.

Since we changed product a bit I'm about 90% done with HTML

@brigedahernandez please just review what I have submitted and see what you think. I will probably end up changing the layout back to what it was because we may still end up using the Eventful API.
