APP - function indicator fixes #47

1) Check is the app is used of ap 2) OF27 - confirm how the areas are calculated as for OF26 also. 3) OF38 & OF41 - check the length of which the disturb corresponds is correct ? 112 - 180 seems off 4) acidic8 - PH question appears to have gaps in the values 5) calculation of subcomponent (templight8) contains the value WetDef8 twice? assuming this is only needed once?

Corrections made 1) @teucher adjusted 2) updated solar function to fix error 3) OF38 & OF41 changed these to restricted to the question of interest only 4) Updates acid calcultion 5) Assume this is only used once
