UX review of BCcampus.ca #397

I would like to request that a UX professional review the site, specifically the projects page structure to come up with a strategy for the ever growing list of projects.

For sure, @ehbeattie . We can to this. Our main focus right now is the Open project. Once Selina is here and settled in, let's sit down to schedule this work.

In preparation, could you please do some documenting about what specifically should be tested?

  1. Who are the intended audiences for the pages/site?

  2. Why do you want your intended audiences to visit the pages/site? ([Why] do they do so now?)

  3. What actions do you want each of the audiences to take when visiting the pages/site? (What actions do they currently take?)

  4. Could you please identify representatives from each of those audiences who we could talk to?

These questions will inform development of the test plan.
