Gutenberg bug with Parent Pages #420

Describe the bug Parent page is not available in the drop-down menu in Gutenberg editor. Can't be assigned or edited from Gutenberg.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Edit any page with a parent assigned
  2. Scroll down to Page Attributes
  3. See that no parent page is assigned (which is false)
  4. Try to select the parent page, and see that it's missing

Expected behavior Parent page should visible and editable in Gutenberg editor

Additional context The work-around is to assign and edit the Parent page from the "Quick Edit" menu when viewing all the pages in the Dashboard.
