Fatal error when visiting the "Teaching in a Digital Age" book #134

Describe the bug When trying to load the following book on helga it doesn't load and causes a fatal error. https://helga.bccampus.ca/wp/opentextbooks/find-open-textbooks/?uuid=da50f5f1-bbc6-481e-a359-e73007c66932&contributor=&keyword=&subject=

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://helga.bccampus.ca/wp/opentextbooks/find-open-textbooks/?uuid=da50f5f1-bbc6-481e-a359-e73007c66932&contributor=&keyword=&subject=
  2. Nothing loads, or the output is a Fatal error if debugging is enabled.

Expected behavior The book should load like any other book, instead the output is stopped due to a fatal error.
