  2. Apply any other relevant styling where possible

Completed via #145 (screenshot below) I ended up giving it the same treatment as all other landing pages. This means there's now a menu for it in the customizer titled "What is Open Education". This gives you the ability to assign a page to each of these "cards" and they are labeled 1-7, the first one is the only one that's different and expects a featured image.

Please let me know what if any changes you'd like to this.

Also note, this now has its own template named "What is Open Ed"

Discussed with @ehbeattie and she decided to simply this page with only a hero image, below that will be the WYSIWYG content.

Updates were completed via https://github.com/BCcampus/open-sage/pull/149 and should appear on helga in a few minutes.
