Some books missing cover images and files #174

Describe the bug I have found two books that are missing the right-panel that contains the cover image and files to download on cert (not a problem on the live site).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Line A - Safe Work Practices Competency A-1: Control Workplace Hazards
  2. See that the right-panel is missing.

It seems to be affecting all of the Line A Trades books. Not sure what the pattern is because they are displaying fine on the live site.

Expected behavior I expect the book's cover images to be displayed and files to be available for download in the right panel.
