No "Updated and Revised" banner for books that have been adapted #175

Describe the bug Currently, in SOLR, there is the ability to mark a book as having been adapted and to link to the new version. This causes a banner to be displayed on the book's page showing where people can access the updated version. However, this banner is not showing up on books in helga.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to Intro to Psych on the live site. See the banner.
  2. Go to Intro to Psych on helga. See that there is no banner.

Expected behavior I expect that when a link to an adapted book is provided in SORL that a notice will appear on that book's page pointing to that updated resource so that people using the B.C. Open Textbook Collection can find the most recent version.

Additional context This is a functionality that we use on a number of books, so it would be unfortunate to lose it. We use it to point to Canadian adaptations of books (see Intro to Psych) and to manage when we post new editions of a book so that people know where to find the most recent version of a book (See Intro to Finan. Accounting).
