Description
Upon creation of a book, these errors appear the admin dashboard: Notice: Undefined index: paragraph_separation in /var/www/html/milnepublishing.geneseo.edu/wp-content/plugins/pressbooks/inc/modules/themeoptions/class-weboptions.php on line 507

Expected behaviour
Book creation with PB Textbooks active and no error messages.
Actual behaviour
Books successfully created, but with error messages
Steps to reproduce the problem
Turned off each plugin one by one before publishing test books in order to isolate the error. Error only occurs when PB Textbooks plugin is active.
