Error 500 on Dashboard for GIZ #129

I imported one project for Germany - GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH (GIZ)), with IATI Identifier: DE-1-201522333. Now the Dashboard has an Error 500 when it tries to load GetDashboardData

Is there some kind of monitoring software that flags when 500 Errors occur?
