Step 2.2, Select project components, is not having effect #93

In step 2.2, deselecting a project component does not lead the totals to be reduced in step 7.

For example, in the DFID project "Economic Empowerment of the Poorest" (GB-1-107402), I deselected the component "Procurement of Services for Economic Empowerment of the Poorest Programme" (GB-1-107402-101). This should reduce commitments by £12,889,040 (about $15 million), but the number in step 7 remains the same.

Essentially, if a project component is deselected, all financial data for that component should be removed.
