Revise adam-pipeline container to not need Docker socket #147

The adam-pipeline container (introduced in #140) runs ADAM through Docker, by symmetrically mounting the Docker socket. The team that will use this container cannot run the container like this. Instead, let's run ADAM natively inside of the container.
