HGWDEV got shut down and that's what I was using as my public hosting for the workflow inputs. Move inputs back to s3:// URLs.

Scratch that, move inputs to courtyard.gi.ucsc.edu.

I'm just short of the approved quota to host all the inputs. Will try and get an additional ~5G.
