Updates as part of 2D grid search calibration to fit to first wave of English COVID19 epidemic. Using a simulation that sets lockdown on at 1.55% SARS-CoV-2 prevalence and where 65% of population self-quarantine on symptoms starting at 0.3875% prevalence (i.e. a quarter of 1.55%) gives a reasonable fit to hospital admissions, daily deaths (by death date), seroprevalence (of 6.5% from ONS data from early June 2020), patients in hospital beds for England from March - June 2020.
