A variety of bug fixes including:

Ensure MakeSED actually uses the supplied pi/dist. Previously it would use the database distance/parallax regardless of what you input.
Ensure photpath and specpath actually get defined. Previously these would only be defined if the supplied path did not end in .txt
Fixed requirements in setup.py
