Fixes a bug that wasn't saving the mag -> flux values in the photometry table, breaking the make_sed method.

It would be great to get this PR merged and have a new release!

I see that tests aren't passing. Are those real "code broken" failures or github setup/config problems? @Sherelyn and I are trying to open a new PR with asymmetric uncertainties and I want to know if we should mess around with pytest or not.
