AP value of Sandstorm Offhand is wrong. #170

Description

The Sandstorm Offhand AP is 1 off, I can only confirm it for Pri+ though.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Step 1 Open Bdoplanner and choose the Sandstorm offhand Pri and above.
  2. Step 2 Compare it with your Sandstorm Pri+ Offhand ingame.
  3. Step 3 Notice the difference.

Expected Behavior

The offhand should Show these Ap values for Pri and above: PRI: 15AP DUO: 16AP TRI: 19AP TET: 20AP PEN: 21AP (cannot confirm this one yet, am still attempting TET)

Actual Behavior

It shows these AP values, which are wrong: PRI: 14AP DUO: 15AP TRI: 18AP TET: 19AP PEN: 20AP

Oh I must have misclicked, I can confirm the PEN AP value now aswell and can link it on EU. DASBILD

Are 0 - 15 correct or do i need to fix that too?

And is anything else on them incorrect for that matter?

I haven't bothered getting them in game yet and codex still has the values we have.

For PRI+ only that AP issue is there, the other stats are correct, sadly I only noticed it at PRI and can't say anything about 0 to +15 :(

Ok i managed to get one myself and confirm 0 - 15, only AP increased by 1 across the board from 0 - PEN.

I will update them shortly.
