Enhancement level incompatibility on tooltip #231

Description

Item selection dropdown tooltips break when you hover on something with an incompatible enhancement level set.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set Dim Tree V
  2. Hover over Fallen Gods
  3. Error

Expected Behavior

No tooltip is shown, and a console error occurs

Actual Behavior

Just work :\^)

Fixed issue by clamping enhancement value when building stats array.
