Mermaid's Wish not working #267

Describe the bug The stat Mermaid's Wish on Sailor's Clothes isn't calculating correctly on the sidebar or showing as a Roman number

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Equip Professional Sailor's Clothes (Outfit Armor)
  2. Equip Silver Embroidered Sailor's Clothes (Armor)

Expected behavior Can't remember exactly, but the result shouldn't be 2...

Rework done, although how mermaid's wish shows is a bit buggy, need to revisit.
